Shipping policy
Delivery area. Le Dépôt Électronique ships anywhere in Canada. You can also pick up your order for free in store at 3335 Jean-Talon Street East, Montreal.
Shipping fees.

Exact fees are shown before payment, based on your address.
Timing. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes about one week, depending on your region and the carrier. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
In-store pickup. Wait for the "Your order is ready" email before coming in, and bring ID and your order number. Pickup is available during our opening hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10 AM to 7 PM
- Saturday: 10:30 AM to 5 PM
- Sunday: 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM
TVs. TVs are not shipped: in-store pickup is required. You can pay for them online on our website or in person at the store.
Damaged or lost package. If your package arrives damaged, take photos before opening it and email us within 48 hours at contact@ledepotelectronique.com. If your package doesn't arrive on time, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
