Hisense 65" 65QD7SV – Hi-QLED Mini-LED 4K VIDAA Smart TV, Refurbished

Principle. All sales are final: we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. This rule doesn't apply to defective, non-conforming or wrongly shipped products, or to your rights under the law.

Defective or non-conforming product. If a product doesn't work or doesn't match its description, email us within 14 days of delivery at contact@ledepotelectronique.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photos. Depending on the case, we'll repair, replace or refund the product. Return shipping is at our expense.

Order error. If you believe an error occurred (wrong product, quantity or price), let us know by email within 48 hours of discovering it, describing the error.

Cancellation. An order can be cancelled at no cost until it has shipped or been prepared for pickup.

Open-box products. Open-box products are inspected and tested before sale. They are covered by a 3-month warranty against functional defects. Cosmetic wear described on the product page is not a defect.

Repairs. Parts and labour for our repairs are guaranteed for 1 month. The warranty doesn't cover new damage (drops, liquid).

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your rights. This policy doesn't limit the warranties provided by Québec's Consumer Protection Act, including the warranty that goods are fit for their intended use and remain durable for a reasonable period.
